Refund policy

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been packaged or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are issued as Store Credit (Scale Riders digital gift card) or to the original payment method. A 5% cancellation fee applies to U.S. domestic orders. International orders may incur additional fees based on PayPal fees and exchange rates.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in sealed original packaging with all tags intact. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Paints, putties, aerosols, adhesives, glue, and all liquid-based products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Magazines and perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Mystery Box items
  • Sale items (all sales final)

Exchanges Exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please email info@scaleriders.com with photos of the damage and retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@scaleriders.com with photos of the item and packaging. Please hold onto everything until we advise next steps.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded all sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info@scaleriders.com and send your item to: 2031 N. Oxnard Blvd. Oxnard CA 93036

Damage items

If you receive damage item please contact us at info@scaleriders.com take photos of damage box and items. Hold onto all items till further notice. We will file a claim with UPS or USPS.

 

Shipping

If customer provides incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Package is sent back to us. Customer is responsible for purchasing new shipping label with correct address to re send.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
